GENERAL CONCEPT

Located in Higüey, municipality of the Altagracia province, in the Uvero Alto sector (extreme north of Punta Cana), accessing the Boulevard “Andi Las Vegas”, is the residential “Costa Uvero Apartments”, which is a complex of exclusive apartments already built and that has a view of the beach. In this new phase of the project, 2 new buildings will be added.

The existing complex has 5 buildings of 3 levels, plus 1 mezzanine level, with 6 apartments each, for a total of 30 apartments. Each of these buildings has a 382 m² construction footprint. A new building will be added to this existing complex (with 6 apartments), in addition to another that will have 24 apartments, developing in a footprint of 2,305 m² of construction, with 3 levels and a mezzanine level. Thus, the complex will have a total of 60 apartments, with a total of 150 rooms (72 rooms in the independent buildings + 78 rooms in the new block).

LAND AND LANDSCAPE

The project is developed on a site with a surface area of approximately sixteen thousand three hundred thirty-eight square meters (16,338.25 m²). It has a variable rectangular shape. In addition to having an existing parking area, plus a new parking area, the complex already has a 500 m² swimming pool, including a children's pool area. With the new addition, the complex will have a total of 72 parking spaces.
